Technology and Recruitment are important in the initial stages of any organization. For sustainability and growth of the organization, there has to be an investment on development, growth of employees. This is made through imparting additional required skills through training of employees and allowing them to acquire new knowledge, in a fast changing and competitive environment. Even before joining a new organization, the candidate while enquiring about the organization would also enquire the possibilities of his growth and in what all ways, the organization facilitates the same. It implies that the training activities in any organization attracts the right people.

Further such training and developmental programs also help in retaining the right people with the organization. The organization will then have a team of positive, productive minded, skilled employees, with ability to adapt and practice as per the changing organizational-market needs.

Having known that branding and designing are the prime requirements for an organization to sustain and grow, and having understood the relevance of training and development in remaining at the upper layer in a competitive environment, we in DESIGNOMONKEY has initiated a Training Division within. Training involves programmers which enable employees to be update along with technology advancement, and is a platform for them to learn and practice skills to improve  performance.

DesignoMonkey has a Panel of Expert Resource Persons, who can impart the training, as per the need of the time, for different levels –top, senior, middle and junior level- of officials, across different segments We organize training programs for officials of different levels for an organization exclusively at a place/venue and dates most suitable to the organization. The contents of each program and its duration can be tailored as per specific requirements. We also do open programs for similarly placed employees from different organizations, on select topics. With our expertise in IT and related areas, and with the support of Resource Persons, we also announce open Training Program from time to time. As per the present conditions, these are of on-line. This would enable the functional heads to be at the
shop-work floor to manage the affairs there, at least for few hours, even when their training and development processes are on.

Mr. B G Gupta:
Mr. B. G. Gupta holds a B. E. (Mechanical Engineering), M. E. (Production Engineering), P. G. Diploma (Industrial Engineering), with specialization in
Management Information Systems from Germany. For more than 45 years, he has been providing training and consultancy services.

The areas covered include: e-Governance, Information Security, IT Applications in Business & Governance, DPR Preparation & Appraisals, Information Security, Project Management, MIS, BPR/GPR, GIS, ERP, E-commerce. He had also taught MBA students at FMS, Delhi, IIT Roorkee, IIFT, NIFT and other prestigious Business Schools.

He has conducted more than 1500 training programs and trained more than 45,000 participants. He has consulted about 100 organizations. He has also worked for about 10 years on World Bank Projects in Nigeria and India.

Mr. T V Maniprasad:
Mr. T V Maniprasad, Advisor, Business Development, Career & Training Development and Corporate Event Management, is the Head of Training Division, DesignoMonkey. He is a HR Professional with over four decades of experience in Government, Semi Government and Private Organizations, with various skill sets in man management, general administration, framing rules and procedures etc. His experience and finesse in planning and executing various Corporate Events has won him accolades. Currently, he is also Advisor for Indian Chamber of Food and Agriculture.
